FOUNDER & PERSONAL TRAINER
Jodie Anne
My journey with health & fitness started like so many others, with dieting. I tried every fad out there and nothing worked but what I did take away from this was my love for exercise! Over the past 12 years in the fitness industry, I have become extremely passionate about the importance of exercise, not only physically but mentally too. In 2020, Jodie Anne Fitness was born. I started out by teaching just two classes per week at the local community centre and I used my small home gym to run PT sessions. Fast forward 5 years and I now teach over 40 classes per week. My goal as a trainer is to help you find your happiest self through exercise. My vision is that one-day people will see that exercise is not a reason to torture yourself, it’s a reason to come together as a community, be social and have fun! Be Fit, Fierce & Fabulous! Outside of the busy schedule at the gym, I love a good dog walk & spending time with my family and friends. I love having a holiday lined up & watching a banging series on Netflix.

PARACISE INSTRUCTOR
Kaaren
I have been passionate about dance-related exercise all my life and love to see the joy & confidence it brings to people, it's so rewarding. I have been a great fan of Zumba since 2010 & trained to become an instructor in 2018. In 2020, I then went on to train as a Paracise instructor - a wonderful low-impact set of exercises, all choreographed to great music. I was introduced to Jodie in 2022 & was immediately impressed by her attitude and her super gym/studio. I was delighted to be invited to teach Paracise classes, which have been very received. Exercise should never be punitive, but something which you look forward to. Anyone can dance & anyone & everyone is welcome in my classes.

Yoga has given me so much more than flexibility. It has taught me how to be balanced, peaceful & positive. It is a way of living & not just a physical practice. It builds on self-awareness & self-love. A practice of living mindfully so we can live a more fulfilled & present life. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. And as a mum & a teacher, I know the importance of sharing the wisdom of taking care of our bodies... as it’s the only place we can truly call home. Meditation is a way to nourish & blossom a deep connection to ourselves in this busy beautiful world ☮️💟

Ricky
Ricky has been teaching various classes for over 15 years.He has travelled with his fitness classes , spreading the positive energy everywhere he goes. Passionate about group fitness, Ricky loves how classes can uplift others both physically and mentally. His classes are high energy, fun and with banging tunes! Classes are for all levels. Outside the studio- complete opposite. Ricky loves to have downtime, meeting his friends to socialise or hanging out at home and indulging into his love of films.

Karina
Karina is a qualified group fitness instructor, teaching Barre, Dance and Pilates. She is passionate about inspiring women to enjoy movement, build confidence, and find fun in fitness. When she's not teaching fitness, you will find Karina teaching ballet & musical theatre for dance schools. She's always walking her fluffy cockapoo & chasing after her little girl
