Cancellation Policy
Jodie Anne Fitness – Class Booking Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all members, please read our class booking policy below: * All class bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. * Sessions are non-refundable once booked. * If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session provided you give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. * Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the session being forfeited. * Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class, and the session will still be counted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us run classes smoothly and fairly for everyone. Late Cancellations & No Shows: * Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will result in the session being forfeited. * Failure to attend a booked class without notice (no-show) will result in the session being lost and may incur a £10 no-show fee.
